We had such a great time with James and Sarah…..they were real fun and so much in love it made our job so much easier…..not that we consider what we do a “job”:-) We just love shooting couples like this and letting their feelings for each other just shine through….we can’t wait to shoot your Big Day guys!!!!

We know how much time and effort you put into planning your wedding so we make sure we capture all those things you planned with so much care……

As a photographer I know pretty much what couples should be looking for….some of it is pretty obvious but here goes anyway and if nothing else its food for thought…

1. Does the photographer have the date of your big day available? If not then there is no point in going any further.

2. Are their products/packages within your budget? Everyone has to work within a budget but just remember if you can stretch the budget to get the photographers you want you’ll have the images forever.

3. Do you like their work? If yes do you like the photographer/photographers? Remember your photographer is going to spend the day with you…..you need to feel comfortable with them.

4. How do you feel in front of the camera? and how much time/effort are you prepared to make during your fab day for photographs? These are important questions you should ask yourself…and be honest. The answer to this will help you choose your photographer. Personally we like to blend in with the day and keep our intrusion to the minimum…..we still get great images for you to remember your day but you wont spend hours posing for shots.

5. References….in todays world anyone can pose to be whoever they like so its important to take up references. Not only will the references support who they say they are but more importantly you will be able to ask previous couples what they were like on their fab day.

6. Obvious stuff….are they insured for all risks? do they have backup equipment? do they have a backup photographer? Like I said pretty obvious stuff but you should ask.
